A hiatus

I still exist, it's just there's been a lot going on recently...

Hi everyone,

Apologies for the radio silence on the podcast/newsletter front recently. There’s been a lot going on in the last month preventing me from actually sitting down and doing any reading about China. In no particular order:

• My baby was sick

• I was sick

• My laptop broke

• I had several job interviews in a short space of time

• I travelled to Scotland to visit my husband’s family

We’re currently still in Scotland, and all other issues have now been overcome (except for the job thing I still don’t have one of those). I’m hoping to get back to things some time in mid-April. I promise we will finish the Cultural Revolution episodes before 2023.

In the meantime, I hope you’re all enjoying the glorious weather (if in the UK), and that WWIII doesn’t break out before I get back and lose all my beloved readers/listeners.
